NEW Chickens Permit Application

The City of Lonsdale is now accepting Chicken Permit Applications according to Ordinance 2025-330 an Ordinance Amending Chapter 90 of the Lonsdale City Code Concerning Chickens. Please complete the application on line at the City of Lonsdale website. The applicant must submit all required documents and payment prior to permit issuance . Once the permit has been issued, the applicant is permitted to have up to six chickens.
